Global Ranking Rules

These rules govern HEAVENLY69’s public seasonal leaderboards, which rank affiliate and referral performance worldwide. They explain how seasons work, how standings are scored and displayed, what top ranks can earn, and how we protect the integrity of the rankings.
§ 1. Overview and Acceptance
HEAVENLY69 (“H69”, “we”, “us”) operates public, seasonal leaderboards (the “Leaderboards”) that rank participants in the HEAVENLY69 affiliate and referral program (the “Program”) by their qualifying performance. The Leaderboards are part of the Program. By participating in the Program, you accept these Global Ranking Rules (these “Ranking Rules”) together with the Affiliate Program Rules. You give that acceptance when you join the Affiliate Program, and your participation on the Leaderboards is voluntary. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Affiliate Program Rules or the Terms of Service.
§ 2. Definitions
- “Season” means one complete Leaderboard cycle, as described in § 4.
- “Score” means the measure of a Participant’s qualifying performance during a Season, computed under § 5.
- “Participant” means an Affiliate who is eligible to appear on a Leaderboard under § 3.
- “Standing” means a Participant’s rank on a Leaderboard at a given moment.
§ 3. Eligibility to Rank
A Leaderboard ranks Affiliates who, during the relevant Season.
- hold a Slot in the Program and are in good standing under the Affiliate Program Rules and the Terms of Service.
- have qualifying activity that scores under § 5, and
- are not excluded under § 10.
Eligibility to rank is not a separate application. Every eligible Affiliate is ranked automatically. Losing your Slot during a Season (for example, through the inactivity release described in the Affiliate Program Rules § 6) ends your ability to accrue new Score, and your continued display for the remainder of that Season is handled as we describe in the Program Dashboard or communicate to you.
Being ranked is not the same as qualifying for a Season’s rewards. To qualify for any seasonal reward, an Affiliate must accrue at least 333 Merit Score during the Season through genuine, settled referrals and renewals attributed to them under the Affiliate Program Rules. An Affiliate below that threshold may still appear on a Leaderboard, but is not eligible to receive any seasonal reward for that Season. This qualifying threshold is currently 333 Merit Score and may be changed prospectively under § 12.
§ 4. Seasons and Resets
Leaderboards run in Seasons. Each Season has a defined start and end, after which Scores reset and a new Season begins. The current Season length and reset schedule are as published on the current Season’s Leaderboard. We open, run, and close Seasons at our discretion. The timing of a close is set by us and is not automatic.
A reset starts every Participant’s Score fresh. It does not erase your Program history, your accrued Commissions, or your earned state, all of which are governed by the Affiliate Program Rules. Past Seasons’ final results may be archived and displayed as historical records.
§ 5. Scoring
§ 5.1 What Scores
Scores measure genuine referral and affiliate performance during the Season. Qualifying referrals and Qualifying Payments attributed to you under the Affiliate Program Rules § 5. The current scoring mechanics, to the extent we publish them, appear on the current Season’s Leaderboard and in the Program Dashboard, and § 5.4 describes how weighting varies.
§ 5.2 What Does Not Score
Only genuine, settled activity counts. Activity that fails, does not settle, is voided, or is determined in good faith to be fraudulent or prohibited scores nothing, and any Score already credited on it is removed. Payments by Close Circle accounts (§ 10) never score.
§ 5.3 Our Records Control
Scores and Standings are computed from HEAVENLY69’s own records, applied uniformly. Those records are authoritative. Standings shown mid Season are live figures and may adjust as underlying activity settles, fails, or is voided.
§ 5.4 How Merit Weight Varies
Not every qualifying referral moves your Standing by the same amount. A referral carries more Score weight when the Referred Member joins at a higher Membership tier, and more weight again when they commit to a yearly Membership rather than a monthly one. Bringing in deeper tiers and longer commitments advances your Standing faster. The table below shows only the relative direction of this weighting. It is not a point schedule. The precise weighting is set by HEAVENLY69, applied uniformly to every Participant, and governed by our records under § 5.3. We may adjust it prospectively between Seasons.

In short, at the same tier a yearly Membership always outweighs a monthly one, and at the same cadence a higher tier always outweighs a lower one. At any single cadence, Access Opener carries the least weight, Abyss Diver more, and Bliss Master the most.
§ 6. Public Display and Pseudonymity
The Leaderboards are public by design. They are real, visible proof that the Program pays real people. Public display of Standings is an inherent, disclosed feature of the Program itself. Ranking on a public Leaderboard is part of the service you sign up for when you join the Program, and it is explained to you before you join. We display your Standing, your Score, and your Program display name, worldwide and for as long as you rank, to operate the Leaderboard. For data protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR, our lawful basis for that display is our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) in running a fair, transparent, and competitive Program, balanced against your rights by the pseudonymity described here and by your ability to ask to decline a seasonal reward under § 7. Your acceptance of these Ranking Rules, including this display, is recorded at Program signup.
Display is pseudonymous. A Leaderboard shows your Program display name, or a masked form of it, and never your legal name, contact details, wallet addresses, payment information, or any private account data. If your display name itself identifies you in a way you no longer want public, contact us under § 13.
§ 7. Rewards for Top Ranks
Top ranked Participants in a Season may earn rewards in addition to their ordinary Commissions. The current seasonal rewards, including the reward for first place, are as published on the current Season’s Leaderboard.
A Season is valid, and awards its seasonal rewards, including the merit allocation, any revenue share, and every first place reward such as the Elite Affiliate rank and its 30% revenue share, only if at least 10 Affiliates qualify for that Season under § 3. If fewer than 10 Affiliates qualify, the Season is not valid for reward purposes, it does not pay out, and no merit allocation, revenue share, reward, or rank is awarded for it. This minimum is currently 10 qualifying Affiliates and may be changed prospectively under § 12. All reward amounts and further conditions are as published on the current Season’s Leaderboard.
Rewards and Leaderboard figures show the performance of top outliers, not typical results. Most Program participants earn little or nothing, as the Affiliate Program Rules § 14 states plainly. A Leaderboard is a record of exceptional past performance. It is not a projection of yours.
The 333 Merit Score qualifying threshold in § 3 applies to every seasonal reward, and certain additional recognitions may carry their own further merit requirements, as published on the current Season’s Leaderboard.
Rewards are subject to these Ranking Rules and to the Affiliate Program Rules, including antifraud verification under § 9 and § 11 before award or payout. A reward is earned only by a Participant in good standing at the time of the award. Reward payouts follow the payout terms of the Affiliate Program Rules § 8, including cryptocurrency only payment and your sole responsibility for a valid wallet and for your own taxes. Any seasonal reward, prize, revenue share, or other merit based allocation you receive may be taxable to you, and you are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying every tax, duty, and government charge on it, in every jurisdiction in which you are liable. HEAVENLY69 pays each reward gross, in cryptocurrency, to a wallet you own and control, and does not withhold, deduct, remit, or account for any tax on your behalf, nor does it provide tax advice. If a law that applies to HEAVENLY69 ever requires an amount to be withheld from a reward, the amount withheld is treated as paid to you, and nothing further is owed to you. You acknowledge and agree that no Standing, reward, or level of earnings is guaranteed, and that verification precedes payment. Where a reward takes the form of an ongoing or continuing benefit, such as an elevated commission or revenue share rate, that benefit continues only while you remain an Affiliate in good standing with genuine, settled activity, and it may be reduced or ended on fraud, on loss of good standing, or on a prospective change or discontinuance under § 12 and the Affiliate Program Rules § 17. No reward, and no ongoing benefit, is vested, permanent, or guaranteed.
Ranking on a Leaderboard is automatic and cannot be opted out of, but you may ask not to receive a seasonal reward. If you are offered a seasonal reward and prefer not to receive it, you may ask to decline it by writing to support@heavenly69.com before it is issued. A request to decline is considered case by case, at HEAVENLY69’s sole discretion. Declining a reward creates no obligation on HEAVENLY69 to reissue it, to substitute anything for it, or to pass it to any other Participant, and a declined reward does not automatically cascade to the next rank or to anyone else. Declining a reward does not remove you from the Leaderboard and does not affect your ordinary Commissions.
§ 8. Tiebreakers
Where two or more Participants end a Season with equal Scores, Standings are resolved by a fixed tiebreaker order applied uniformly and mechanically from our records. It involves no discretion in individual cases.
§ 9. Integrity and Antimanipulation Rules
The Leaderboards are only worth competing on if they are honest. The following are prohibited, in addition to everything prohibited by the Affiliate Program Rules § 11.
- gaming or manipulating a Score or Standing by any artificial means, including fake, self funded, or manufactured referrals.
- collusion between accounts to concentrate, trade, or time referrals for ranking advantage.
- using multiple accounts, borrowed identities, or coordinated third parties to accrue Score.
- interfering with another Participant’s activity, attribution, or Standing, and
- any deception directed at the systems that compute Scores and Standings.
By competing on a Leaderboard, you represent and warrant that every referral, payment, and action contributing to your Score is genuine, is your own, and complies with these Ranking Rules and the Affiliate Program Rules, and you accept responsibility for the conduct of anyone acting with you or for you, which we treat as your own.
We monitor Leaderboard activity for integrity. We do not disclose the specifics of our detection methods, and nothing in these Ranking Rules obligates us to.
§ 10. Exclusions, Close Circle and Staff
Close Circle accounts (staff, family, and platform operators, as described in the Affiliate Program Rules § 15) and HEAVENLY69 staff do not appear on public Leaderboards, do not accrue Score, and are not eligible for Season rewards, unless we deliberately admit a specific Close Circle account that competes on genuine merit, on the same terms as any other Participant. Outside that narrow, deliberate exception, the people who run the Platform do not compete on it. Payments by Close Circle accounts generate no Score for anyone.
§ 11. Corrections, Adjustments, and Voiding
We may correct, adjust, or void any Score, Standing, or reward, during or after a Season, where it rests on error, fraud, manipulation, or activity that is later voided or determined to be prohibited. Where a violation of § 9 is found, we may remove the responsible Participant from the Leaderboard, disqualify them from the Season and its rewards, recompute affected Standings, and apply Program enforcement under the Affiliate Program Rules § 13, including forfeiture and clawback of rewards already paid. Corrections are made in good faith on our records. Our post review decision under the Affiliate Program Rules § 13.4 is final to the fullest extent permitted by law. Conduct that violates § 9 is also covered by the indemnification provisions of the Affiliate Program Rules § 16 and the Terms of Service.
§ 12. No Guarantee and Changes
You acknowledge and agree that a Standing is a record of past performance during one Season, not a promise of income, renewal, or future results, for you or for anyone, that you compete at your own risk and expense, and that you rely on no projection of Standing, reward, or earnings beyond what these Ranking Rules and the published Season terms expressly state. Rewards, scoring mechanics, Season structure, and these Ranking Rules may change prospectively between Seasons, with changes announced through the Program Dashboard or by notice to your account. We change mid Season mechanics only where needed to correct error, address fraud or abuse, or comply with law, and never to retroactively deprive a Participant of a properly earned final Standing or reward. The Leaderboards may be suspended or discontinued together with, or independently of, the Program itself. The Affiliate Program Rules § 17 applies.
§ 13. Related Policies and Contact
These Ranking Rules work alongside the Affiliate Program Rules, which govern the underlying Program (eligibility, referrals, commissions, payouts, prohibited conduct, and enforcement), the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If these Ranking Rules and the Affiliate Program Rules conflict on a Leaderboard specific matter, these Ranking Rules control for that matter.
