AML and Crypto Compliance Policy

HEAVENLY69 is paid for exclusively in cryptocurrency, and we treat that choice as a compliance posture. This page explains how our payment model works, what we require of every Member, and how we cooperate with the law.

§ 1. Purpose and Scope

This policy sets out the anti money laundering (“AML”) and cryptocurrency compliance posture of HEAVENLY69 (“H69”, “we”, “us”). It applies to every payment made to or by H69. Membership purchases, renewals, upgrades, gifts, contributions, and Affiliate payouts. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there.

§ 2. What H69 Is, and What It Is Not

H69 sells one thing. Fixed price Memberships to its own curated adult content and community. We are a merchant. We are not a bank, a money services business, a money transmitter, a virtual asset service provider, a cryptocurrency exchange, or a wallet provider, and we do not claim any license or registration as one. We do not hold, convert, transmit, or invest funds on behalf of Members, and we never take custody of a Member’s cryptocurrency. Payments are processed by NowPayments (operated by FD Transfers LLC, established in St. Vincent and the Grenadines), an independent third party cryptocurrency payment processor, under its own terms and compliance program. Affiliate Commission balances shown in the Program Dashboard are amounts HEAVENLY69 owes under the Affiliate Program Rules, tracked in our records until paid out. They are not deposits, stored value, or custodied funds.

Because we are a merchant and not a financial institution, we do not perform full identity verification (KYC) on every Member as a matter of course. What we do instead is described in § 3 and § 6.

§ 3. The Crypto Only Model, a Deliberate Low Fraud Posture

Every payment on H69 is cryptocurrency. There are no card rails at all, and that is by design.

  • No stored card data. There are no card numbers to breach, because none ever exist here.
  • No chargebacks. Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible by nature, and our processor provides no chargeback mechanism. The chargeback and “friendly fraud” vectors that plague card based adult platforms simply do not exist on H69.
  • Finality cuts both ways. All sales are final and there are no refunds, as stated in the Refund Policy. Every checkout says so before you pay, and by paying you confirm that you understand this finality and accept it knowingly and voluntarily. That confirmation is captured with your order.
  • Processor level screening. NowPayments maintains its own AML and KYC program, under which it may require identity verification, apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual transactions, and screen against applicable sanctions lists.

Taken together, the absence of card fraud exposure, the finality of every payment, and the processor’s risk based screening form a considered, defensible approach to payment integrity. We describe it plainly and claim nothing beyond it.

§ 4. Member Representations

By making any payment to H69, you represent, warrant, and agree, each time and as of the moment of payment, that.

  • the funds you use are lawfully your own, from lawful sources.
  • the wallet you pay from is yours, or you are fully authorized to use it.
  • you are not acting on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
  • you are not using H69 to launder money, to finance any unlawful activity, or to place, layer, or integrate criminal proceeds.
  • you are not a person designated on any applicable sanctions list, you are not located or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not otherwise prohibited from transacting with us under the sanctions or export control laws that apply to you or to us.
  • the information you provide in connection with any payment or verification request is truthful, accurate, and current, and you will cooperate promptly and in good faith with any lawful verification request described in § 6.
  • you understand and knowingly, voluntarily accept that cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible, as § 3 describes, and
  • you are solely responsible for any tax obligations that apply to you and arise from your purchases and, if you are an Affiliate, from the payouts you receive.

These representations are conditions of every purchase, made anew at each payment, and we rely on them in accepting it. A payment made in breach of them is a material breach of the Terms of Service, and the indemnity in the Terms of Service covers the consequences of that breach.

§ 5. Sanctions and Geographic Eligibility

H69 and its payment processor are subject to sanctions laws, and eligibility to purchase may be restricted for persons in certain jurisdictions. Payment is processed by a third party cryptocurrency processor, and the availability of the Services and of cryptocurrency payment may be limited in certain jurisdictions, both by that processor’s terms and by your local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Services and of the payment processor is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you must not use the Services where they are not permitted to you. HEAVENLY69 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any particular location.

Independent of the general rule above, the following is true today. We do not knowingly accept payments that violate applicable sanctions, our processor screens transactions under its own sanctions program, and any transaction may be declined or delayed where sanctions exposure is identified. Our processor may also, at its own discretion, reject a payment or return funds to their source as part of its sanctions and compliance program. Such a processor initiated rejection or return is a compliance measure taken by the processor, not a refund by H69, and it does not qualify the finality of accepted payments stated in § 3 and in the Refund Policy. You are responsible for the laws of your own jurisdiction, including whether you may lawfully purchase adult content and transact in cryptocurrency where you live, and we and our processor rely on your representation of eligibility when a payment is accepted.

§ 6. Verification and Enhanced Due Diligence

Most Members will never be asked for anything beyond payment. However.

  • NowPayments may require identity verification (KYC) or enhanced due diligence for transactions it flags as large, unusual, or suspicious under its own AML policy. Where it does, completing that verification is a condition of the transaction.
  • H69 may itself request reasonable verifying information where a transaction, a pattern of transactions, or an Affiliate payout raises a genuine compliance concern, and may pause the related Services or payout until the concern is resolved.
  • We may decline or suspend any transaction, Membership, or payout that we reasonably believe would involve illicit source funds or violate this policy, without liability to the payer to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, consistent with the finality and no refund terms of the Refund Policy.

If a verification request reaches you, answering it is your obligation. You agree to respond promptly, truthfully, and in good faith, and you accept that a concern you leave unresolved stays unresolved, with the related Services or payout paused, until you do. We keep such requests proportionate. This is a privacy first platform. We ask only when the law, our processor, or a genuine risk requires it.

§ 7. Prohibited Uses and Prohibited Funds

The following are absolutely prohibited on H69, both as a matter of this policy and under the Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy.

  • using the Services or their payment rails for money laundering, terrorist financing, or the movement of criminal proceeds in any form.
  • paying with funds derived from any unlawful activity.
  • structuring transactions to evade any reporting threshold, verification request, or sanctions control.
  • using H69 in connection with any category of business prohibited by our payment processor, including, without limitation, child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors in any form, and prostitution or escort services, and
  • reselling, brokering, or intermediating H69 payments for third parties.

For clarity. H69 itself is none of these things. It is a fixed price Membership platform for lawful adult entertainment. Its Goddess personas are fictional, AI generated characters. It is not a cam site, a dating or escort service, or a marketplace, and it permits no content involving minors, real, drawn, or synthetic, anywhere, ever. H69 is solely responsible for the legality of the content it offers, enforces a strict 18+ age gate on every access path, and will apply any additional user verification that applicable law requires of it, if and when it applies.

§ 8. Monitoring, Reporting, and Record Keeping

At a policy level, H69 does the following. We keep order and transaction records for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial record keeping laws. We preserve and produce records in response to valid legal process. We notify our payment processor of identified illegal end user activity, as our processor agreement requires. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities without exception. And we cooperate in good faith with lawful KYC, AML, and sanctions inquiries from competent authorities and from our processor.

We do not publish the operational details of our fraud prevention and monitoring measures, for the obvious reason that doing so would help the only people they exist to stop.

§ 9. Consequences of Violation

Where we determine, acting reasonably, that a Member has breached this policy, we may decline transactions, suspend or terminate the Membership, withhold or adjust Affiliate payouts connected to the breach, and report the matter to our processor and to authorities where the law requires or permits. Because all payments are final, termination for breach does not entitle anyone to a refund. A Member whose breach causes loss remains responsible for it under the indemnity in the Terms of Service. Discretionary manual adjustments to Affiliate payouts remain the single narrow exception described in the Refund Policy.

§ 10. Amendments

We may amend this policy as our processor’s requirements, the law, or the Platform evolve. The effective date above always reflects the current version, reviewing it from time to time is your responsibility, and material changes will be announced to Members through the Platform. If an amendment materially alters any dispute resolution or liability term, or materially expands your obligations under this policy, it will apply to you only after you affirmatively reaccept it, recorded as a distinct click or equivalent affirmative act. All other amendments apply prospectively, and continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of them. Our records include the version and the timestamp of the terms you accepted.
