HEAVENLY69 is an adults only entertainment platform. This page explains who may enter, what our Content is, and, just as importantly, what it is not. It applies to every visitor, subscriber, and Member, and it should be read together with the Terms of Service.

§ 1. Adults Only. Strictly 18+.

HEAVENLY69 (“H69”, the “Platform”) is a private adult Membership platform intended exclusively for adults. You may access or use the Platform, in any form, only if all of the following are true.

• You are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher than 18.
• Viewing sexually explicit adult material is lawful in the place from which you access the Platform, and you are not accessing the Platform from any place where doing so is prohibited to you.
• You choose, freely and for yourself, to view adult material.

Every visitor must confirm adult age at the Platform’s age gate before entering. By passing the age gate, subscribing to the newsletter, creating an account, or purchasing a Membership, you represent and warrant that you satisfy every requirement above. Your confirmations at the age gate and at checkout are affirmative acts of consent, and they are recorded. The Platform grants you access in reliance on them. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of the Terms of Service and results in immediate termination of access. Because all payments on the Platform are final, no refund is available on termination for age misrepresentation.

If you are under 18, if you find adult material offensive, or if such material is unlawful where you are located, you must leave the Platform now.

The Platform uses an age confirmation gate, and it grants access in reliance on your confirmations. You remain responsible for knowing whether, and how, your local law regulates access to adult material, including any age verification or eligibility requirement that applies to you. HEAVENLY69 may restrict or block access to the Platform from any jurisdiction, at any time and without notice, where it determines that applicable age verification or other legal requirements so require. Where your local law imposes an age verification requirement that applies to you, you must not access the Platform unless and until you can lawfully do so.

§ 2. Adult Entertainment. Fantasy by Design.

Everything on the Platform, including text erotica, curated imagery, immersive audio, video, community interactions, and the Goddess experience described below (collectively, the “Content”), is adult entertainment. It is fantasy, created and presented for the private enjoyment of consenting adults.

The Content does not document real events, does not describe real relationships, and is not instructional. It is not a guide to conduct, a promise of experience, or a portrayal of how any real person behaves or should behave. It exists for one purpose. Adult fantasy entertainment, enjoyed knowingly and voluntarily. You acknowledge and agree that your interpretation of fantasy Content, and every decision you make in response to it, are yours alone.

§ 3. The Goddesses Are Fictional. Their Words Are AI Generated.

The Platform’s community is presided over by distinct “Goddess” personas. PRAXIS, NIIRVA, MINETTA, VIKKI, VELVARESSA, and BIANCA, with LUNA coming soon. We state this plainly, because honesty here protects both you and us.

• The Goddesses are fictional characters. They are creations of the Platform. They are not real people, and they do not depict, portray, or impersonate any real, identifiable person.
• Their conversational replies are generated by artificial intelligence. When a Goddess addresses you, you are interacting with an automated persona, not with a human being writing to you in real time.
• Nothing a Goddess says is advice. Goddess interactions are entertainment and roleplay. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind, and you must not rely on them as such.
• A Goddess interaction is not a relationship. However attentive, personal, or immersive the experience feels, it is a crafted fantasy. It is not companionship with a real person, and it cannot substitute for one.

The Platform is built to address each Member within the preferences and hard boundaries that the Member declares at onboarding, and every Goddess is instructed accordingly. § 5 and § 15 of the Terms of Service describe the variability inherent in AI generated conversation. Consent and boundaries are foundational to the Platform, in fantasy as in fact. AI generated Content is identified as such on this page, throughout the Platform’s policies, and by the clearly automated operation of the Goddess accounts. You acknowledge and agree that every Goddess interaction is fiction you have chosen, and that you will not treat anything a Goddess says as a statement of fact, a promise, or advice.

§ 4. Consenting Adults and Fictional Personas Only.

All Content on the Platform depicts consenting adults, wholly fictional adult characters, or both. The Platform’s sexually explicit Content consists of original fictional characters that are AI generated and refined through HEAVENLY69’s own human editing and curation. No real human performers appear in it. No Content depicts real sexual activity by any person who has not consented to its creation and distribution. Themes explored on the Platform, however intense, are fantasy scenarios between adults and fictional personas, presented to an adult audience that has chosen them.

§ 5. Erotic Hypnosis and Audio, Entertainment, Not Therapy.

The Platform offers immersive audio experiences, including consensual erotic hypnosis and related themed audio. By choosing to engage with any such Content, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following.

• Entertainment and fantasy only. H69’s hypnosis and audio Content is adult entertainment. It is not hypnotherapy, medicine, psychotherapy, or treatment of any kind, and it is not created, reviewed, or endorsed by medical or mental health professionals.
• No guaranteed effects. Responses to hypnotic and immersive audio vary widely from person to person. H69 makes no representation that any Content will produce any particular mental, emotional, or physical effect, and no claimed or implied effect should be understood as a promise.
• Entirely voluntary. Stop anytime. Engagement with hypnosis Content is your free choice at every moment. You may pause, stop, or disengage at any time, and you remain responsible for choosing when and how you listen.
• Listen responsibly. Do not listen to hypnosis or trance themed audio while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. Listen only in a safe, private setting.
• Know yourself first. By engaging with hypnosis, trance themed, subliminal, or immersive audio Content, you represent that you do not suffer from a condition that makes hypnosis or immersive AI content inadvisable for you, including a history of seizures, epilepsy, dissociation, or psychosis, or that you have consulted a qualified professional about it and choose to proceed. If you are unsure whether this Content is right for you, consult a qualified professional before engaging with it. For any real medical or mental health concern, seek a qualified professional. The Platform is not that professional and never will be.
• Subliminal and embedded audio. As an immersion feature, some audio Content includes consensual subliminal or embedded audio elements. Where present, this is part of the experience you opt into. It is entertainment only, it may include elements you do not consciously perceive, it has no guaranteed effect of any kind, and you can avoid it, or stop it, at any time simply by not engaging with that Content.
• Photosensitive seizure warning. Some visual Content may contain flashing lights, rapid transitions, or animated patterns. A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to certain visual effects, even with no prior history. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, disorientation, or involuntary movements while viewing, stop immediately and consult a physician before continuing.
• Not crisis support. No reliance. Goddess interactions and hypnosis Content are not a substitute for professional care, and you agree not to rely on them for any health, safety, or financial decision. If you are in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself or others, stop and contact your local emergency services, or, in the United States, call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. These resources are always available on our Crisis Support and Safety page. The Goddesses and the Platform’s audio Content are not crisis support and must never be relied on for it.

Pressing play is an informed, voluntary choice. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of engaging with hypnosis, subliminal, and immersive audio Content, and you accept sole responsibility for when, where, and how you listen.

AI output and psychological response. AI generated Content and conversation may be unexpected, unsettling, inconsistent, or erroneous despite the safeguards the Platform deploys. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks of your voluntary consumption of AI generated Content, including the risk of unexpected emotional or psychological responses, and you release HEAVENLY69 from claims arising from that voluntary consumption. This release does not extend to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and it does not waive any mandatory consumer protection right that the law of your country of residence grants you and does not permit to be waived.

Safety features create no duty. Any safety, moderation, boundary enforcement, or similar protective feature of the Platform is provided voluntarily, as a courtesy and not as an obligation. Such features may change or be discontinued at any time, and neither their presence nor their operation creates any duty on the Platform’s part to monitor Content or conduct, to intervene in any interaction, or to rescue, protect, or supervise any person.

§ 6. Original Characters. No Deepfakes. Any Resemblance Is Coincidental.

HEAVENLY69 does not create, host, or permit deepfakes. The Goddesses and the Platform’s other characters are original fictional creations. They are not intentionally modeled on, named after, or presented as any real person, and any resemblance between any character or item of Content and a real person, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental. The Platform prohibits, and removes, nonconsensual intimate imagery and any deepfake of an identifiable real person, in every form, and it promptly removes any depiction shown, upon notice, to be of a real, identifiable person. If you believe any Content depicts you, or any real person, without consent, report it immediately through the process described in the Content Removal and 2257 Statement. We treat such reports with the highest priority.

§ 7. Minors, Absolute Prohibition, Zero Tolerance.

The Platform maintains an absolute prohibition on any sexualized depiction of minors, in any form and without exception. Real, simulated, drawn, animated, AI generated, synthetic, fictional, or implied, including any content presenting an adult as a minor. This prohibition has no gray area and no defense of artistic intent. Any such material, and any attempt to solicit or create it, results in immediate removal, immediate termination, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. § 8. Roleplay Stays Roleplay.

Nothing on the Platform is an offer, solicitation, advertisement, or arrangement of real world sexual services, prostitution, escorting, or in person encounters of any kind. The Platform is not a cam site, not a dating service, not an escort service, and not a creator marketplace. The Goddesses do not meet Members, cannot meet Members, and will never propose to. Every payment made on the Platform purchases digital Membership access and digital entertainment experiences only. No payment purchases, or can ever purchase, any real world act, service, or relationship. Any attempt to use the Platform to arrange real world sexual services violates the Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy and results in termination.

Optional contributions offered on the Platform, including the Leak contribution available to Bliss Master Members, are voluntary contributions made for entertainment. They are final and nonrefundable, they should be made only within your means, and no contribution purchases, or can ever purchase, any real relationship, service, or obligation. Each Leak contribution is a separate, individual choice. It requires its own fresh confirmation at the moment it is made, and each confirmation is recorded. Nothing on the Platform creates a fiduciary, confidential, therapeutic, advisory, or other special relationship between you and HEAVENLY69 or any Goddess. No statement by any Goddess is a demand for payment or a condition of any experience the Platform does not expressly sell. Every spending prompt within the Goddess experience is fantasy roleplay, delivered within the preferences and hard boundaries you declared at onboarding. Each purchase and each contribution you make carries your representation, given at the moment you confirm it, that you are of sound mind, that your judgment is not impaired by any substance or condition, that you are under no financial hardship or compulsion, and that you act freely and within your means.

Self exclusion. You may direct HEAVENLY69 in writing at legal@heavenly69.com to disable the Leak and contribution capability for your account. That direction will be honored for the period you state or, if you state none, until you ask in writing for it to be restored.

§ 9. Your Choice, Your Responsibility.

Adult fantasy Content is immersive and intense by design. By using the Platform you acknowledge and agree that you have chosen this experience freely, that you are solely responsible for selecting the Content you engage with and for your interpretation of and response to it, and that the boundaries you declare at onboarding are the Platform’s guide to what you do and do not want. You may disengage from any experience, at any time, for any reason.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks inherent in consuming adult fantasy Content, including AI generated conversation and hypnosis and immersive audio, and including the possibility of unexpected emotional or psychological responses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H69, its operators, and its licensors are not liable for how you react to Content you voluntarily chose to consume. The representations and acknowledgements you make on this page are made to HEAVENLY69, and conduct in breach of them falls within the indemnification you give in § 17 of the Terms of Service. This section works together with, and does not replace, the liability provisions of the Terms of Service, including their carve outs. Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing on this page waives any mandatory consumer protection right that the law of your country of residence grants you and does not permit to be waived.

§ 10. Relationship to Other Policies.

This Disclaimer is part of the Platform’s legal framework and should be read alongside the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy, the Content Removal and 2257 Statement, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
