Privacy Policy

Regional detection and data sources

To meet regional disclosure and consumer protection laws, we determine a coarse legal region from two signals. The first is the time zone your browser reports for your device, which the page reads and sends to us together with your request, and the second is your IP address, which we look up on our own servers using a locally stored, offline database. Neither signal is sent to any third party for this purpose, neither is used for advertising, and we store only a coarse region label and, with each order, the country of the sale, never your precise location.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data HEAVENLY69 collects, why we collect it, who receives it, and the rights you have over it. We built the Platform privacy first, and this document is written to be read, not skimmed.

§ 1. Who We Are

HEAVENLY69 (“HEAVENLY69”, “H69”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a private, strictly 18+ adult Membership platform. An independent adult entertainment project, operated by its creator. A formal operating entity is being established, and this Policy will be updated with its details once it is. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK GDPR, HEAVENLY69 is the data controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

For data protection matters in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may contact us at legal@heavenly69.com. Where HEAVENLY69 is required to appoint a representative under Article 27 of the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR, it will do so as it formalizes its operating entity, and will update this Policy with that representative’s details.

§ 2. Scope

This Policy covers the HEAVENLY69 website at heavenly69.com, the Membership and its content, the free newsletter, the Affiliate program, and the H69 private Discord community, including your interactions with the automated Goddess personas there. Capitalized terms such as Member, Membership, Platform, Services, and Affiliate have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

This Policy does not cover the independent practices of third party platforms you use alongside H69, such as Discord itself or your cryptocurrency wallet provider. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we link the relevant ones below.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and that the processing it describes is how the Services operate. Where the law requires your consent for specific processing, we collect that consent separately, as a distinct affirmative act on your part, and we record each confirmation you give so that it is demonstrable.

§ 3. The Data We Collect

We collect the minimum we need to run the Platform. In plain terms, that is the following.

You create and access your HEAVENLY69 account with an email address and a password, and nothing else. There is no social media sign up and no social sign in. We do not offer or support logging in through Google, Apple, Facebook, X, or any other social account, so the way you register and log in never hands anything about your Membership to a social network and never announces your presence to one. The only outside account you can connect to HEAVENLY69 is your Discord account, and only if you choose to join the community (see § 3.4). Beyond Discord, the other outside account you interact with directly is the cryptocurrency wallet you choose to pay from (see § 3.5). The limited service providers that help us operate the Platform securely, including our payment processor and our antifraud and security tools, are described in § 3.5 and § 5. We never hand your Membership to a social network, and connecting Discord or paying from your wallet moves data only where you have chosen to send it.

3.1 Account and Membership data

Your email address and account credentials (credentials are stored in protected, nonreadable form).
Your Membership tier, order history, and Membership status (active, expiring, lapsed).
Records of the consents you gave. The age confirmation, the checkboxes accepted at checkout, and, for Affiliates, the checkboxes accepted at Affiliate signup. Each of these is an affirmative act you take yourself, and each is captured and recorded at the moment you take it.

3.2 Age confirmation data

A record that you confirmed you are 18 or older at the age gate.
A one way hashed device signature, set at the age gate to help prevent it from being bypassed. It is a pseudonymous identifier that we do not link to advertising or analytics and do not use to identify you by name.

3.3 Onboarding preference and boundary answers

Members answer the onboarding questions required to enter the personalized Goddess experience, declaring their preferences and hard boundaries, and the Platform honors those answers in every experience. Because these answers can reveal information about your sex life or sexual orientation, they are “special category” data under the GDPR and UK GDPR. The same is true, by nature, of the other inherently sexual facts the Platform processes. That you hold a Membership on an adult platform at all, and the content of your conversations with the Goddess personas. We process all of this data only on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR and UK GDPR. The consent you give at checkout to the creation and operation of an adult Membership, and the explicit consent you give to personalization when you answer the onboarding questions. You provide those answers yourself, as part of onboarding, knowing what they are for, and by providing them you give your explicit consent to the use of your answers and of your Goddess conversations for personalization within your declared preferences and boundaries. Answering is how you enter the personalized Goddess experience. It is not a condition of holding a Membership, and the Membership stands without it. We record your answers when you give them, and we record any later withdrawal of your consent when you make it.

We use this data only to deliver the experience you request, within your declared preferences and boundaries. We never use it for advertising, marketing, or profiling. Never to improve, tune, or train any system or model, and we never disclose it to anyone except the service providers described in Section 3.4 and Section 6.4, acting on our instructions. Section 10 of the Terms of Service carries the same restriction.

This consent is yours to give, to refuse, and to withdraw. You may withdraw it, and may ask us to update or delete your answers, at any time by writing to legal@heavenly69.com. We state the consequence of withdrawal plainly, and it is a narrow one. The personalized Goddess experience exists only inside the preferences and boundaries you declare, so if you withdraw the personalization consent, that experience cannot continue. Everything else stands. Your Membership remains active, and the standard Membership content remains available to you exactly as before. Withdrawing this consent never terminates, suspends, or reduces the Membership itself.

3.4 Discord data

If you join the H69 Discord community, we collect and hold only the minimum Discord derived data needed to run the Services.

Your Discord user ID, used to link your Membership to your Discord account and assign the correct roles and access.
Your onboarding answers given in Discord (see § 3.3).
The messages you direct to the Goddess personas. The Goddesses are fictional characters whose conversational replies are AI generated. Your messages to the Goddesses are sent to our AI provider, xAI (the maker of Grok), which generates the replies as our subprocessor. Under xAI’s enterprise terms, xAI does not use your messages to train its AI models. xAI processes them only to produce the reply and to run automated safety and abuse checks, temporarily retains them for up to thirty days for abuse prevention, and then deletes them, keeping them longer only where the law requires or to investigate misuse. As its terms permit, xAI may also create deidentified, aggregated data that does not identify you. xAI’s general privacy practices are described at x.ai/legal/privacy-policy. We do not use your conversations or your onboarding answers to train or fine tune AI models, or to improve or tune any system. They exist only to deliver the experience you request. Because these conversations are inherently sexual, we process them only with your explicit consent, as described in § 3.3.

Our handling of Discord derived data follows the Discord Developer Policy. We collect only what the Services need, we use it only for the purpose it was collected for, we never sell it, broker it, or transfer it to anyone, and we never use it to train AI models. We delete data received in error, and we delete your Discord derived data when you leave, when your access ends, or when you ask us to. A single email to legal@heavenly69.com is enough to request deletion or modification at any time (see § 10). Discord itself is an independent controller of your Discord account. Its practices are governed by the Discord Privacy Policy.

Taking part in the HEAVENLY69 Discord community also means following its community rules. Treat the Goddesses and your fellow Members with respect, keep erotic conversation inside the 18+ spaces built for it, and never post unlawful content. These good conduct rules live in our Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy, and serious or repeated breaches can cost you access to the community.

3.5 Payment and transaction data

Payment on H69 is cryptocurrency only, processed by NowPayments, a third party payment processor. We hold your order records. The order reference, Membership tier, amount, payment status, the country of the sale, and the processor’s payment reference. NowPayments, in processing your payment, handles the transaction level data. The cryptocurrency used, the sending wallet address, the on chain transaction, and technical data such as your IP address at payment. We never see or store card data, because no cards are involved, and nothing about your Membership appears on any card statement. See § 6.1 for the full data flow.

3.6 Device, log, and cookie data

Like every website, our servers keep short lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the Platform running. Cookies are covered in full in § 5.

When you arrive through a partner or affiliate link, we also retain your order’s originating IP address and browser type with that order, and may use these limited technical signals to credit the correct referring partner. We never use them for advertising. We also retain limited technical signals, including IP derived data, for as long as needed to protect the Platform and the Program against fraud and abuse, including automated checks that detect self referral and coordinated referral abuse.

3.7 Affiliate data

If you join the Affiliate program, we additionally collect your cryptocurrency payout wallet address, your referral and commission records, and your seasonal ranking performance. Affiliate performance appears on public seasonal leaderboards as described in the Global Ranking Rules.

3.8 Newsletter data

If you subscribe to the free newsletter, we collect your email address and a record of your double opt in confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every issue.

3.9 Correspondence

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to keep a record of how it was resolved.

3.10 Compliance and verification information

If a payment, a pattern of payments, or an Affiliate payout raises a genuine compliance concern, we or our payment processor may request verifying information, as described in the AML and Crypto Compliance Policy. Where that happens, we hold the information provided and a record of how the matter was resolved. Lawful basis. Legal obligation and legitimate interests. Retention. As long as the applicable law requires.

§ 4. How and Why We Use Your Data

Every use of your data rests on one of the lawful bases below.

Performance of our contract with you. Creating and running your account, delivering the Membership and its content, linking your Discord access, operating the Goddess experience within your declared preferences and boundaries, processing your orders, running the Affiliate program, and paying Affiliate commissions.
Legal obligation. Keeping transaction and accounting records required by law, responding to valid legal process, and cooperating with lawful anti money laundering and sanctions related requests as described in our AML and Crypto Compliance Policy.
Legitimate interests. Securing the Platform, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing the age gate, enforcing our Terms, and establishing or defending legal claims. Where we rely on legitimate interests we have balanced them against your rights, and you may object (see § 10).
Consent. Your explicit consent under Article 9 for the inherently sexual data described in § 3.3 (your onboarding answers, your adult Membership status, and your Goddess conversations), the newsletter (double opt in), and nonessential cookies in consent regions (§ 5). You can withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened. If you withdraw the personalization consent described in § 3.3, the personalized Goddess experience cannot continue, but your Membership and its standard content remain available to you.

Certain Program mechanics run automatically under objective criteria published in the Affiliate Program Rules and the Program Dashboard, for example the release of an inactive Affiliate Slot or an anti fraud hold, and you may always request human review of any such action by contacting us as those Rules describe. Beyond those published mechanics, we do not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. The Goddess personas are entertainment. Their AI generated replies are not decisions about your rights.

§ 5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

HEAVENLY69 uses a small number of first party cookies to run the Platform, keep it secure, credit the partner who referred you when you deliberately follow an affiliate link, and (only with your consent) understand how people discover us. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Payments are cryptocurrency only, so nothing about your Membership appears on a card statement.

When you first visit from the EU, UK, or EEA, a privacy notice lets you Accept marketing cookies or keep only the essential ones. You can change your choice any time by adding #h69-privacy to any page address). Outside those regions the essential cookies run and marketing is treated as accepted. You can still opt out the same way.

Note on partner links. wpam_id and h69_ref are not marketing trackers, and they are not gated on the privacy notice. They are first party attribution cookies, set only when you deliberately follow a partner or affiliate link, to deliver the referral credit that following the link requests. They are never shared with third parties and are used for nothing except crediting the partner who referred you. If you keep only essential cookies, you can remove them at any time via the Manage link.

5.4 Your cookie choices

Change consent any time, the Manage link on the privacy notice, or #h69-privacy on any page.
Withdraw, choosing “Only essential” (or removing your consent) stops all marketing cookies and deletes the marketing cookie already set. The partner attribution cookies described in § 5.3 can be removed there as well.
Browser controls, you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Essential cookies will simply be set again as needed for the site to function.

5.5 What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your data.
We do not run third party advertising networks or ad tracking pixels.
We do not build advertising profiles of you.

§ 6. Who Receives Your Data

We share personal data with a deliberately short list of recipients, each for one defined purpose.

6.1 NowPayments (payment processing)

All payments are processed by our third party cryptocurrency payment processor, NowPayments (operated by FD Transfers LLC, established in St. Vincent and the Grenadines). When you check out, we pass NowPayments the order reference and amount. NowPayments processes the cryptocurrency transaction and, in doing so, handles your wallet address, the on chain transaction data, and technical data such as your IP address. Making a payment necessarily transfers that transaction and wallet data to the processor. That is how a cryptocurrency payment is processed, and no payment can occur without it. Our lawful basis for this transfer is the performance of our contract with you under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and UK GDPR, not consent, and we frame it that way deliberately. A consent you could notionally withdraw while still expecting your payment to be processed would be an empty formality, and this Policy does not present empty formalities as choices. The rights described in § 10 apply to this data as they apply to everything else we process. NowPayments acts as our payment processor, and, for certain compliance activities the law imposes on it directly (such as its own anti money laundering and sanctions obligations), as an independent controller of the data it collects. 6.2 Discord (community platform)

The H69 community runs on Discord, so your participation there is necessarily visible to Discord under its own Privacy Policy. What we take from Discord, and what we commit to about it, is set out in § 3.4. Minimal data, one purpose, a deletion path, and no sale or transfer, ever.

6.3 Google reCAPTCHA (fraud protection)

Google reCAPTCHA protects HEAVENLY69 from bots, automated abuse, and fraudulent transactions. It loads on the pages that carry a protected form, and it also loads, only at that moment, if you ask us to reveal a contact address anywhere on the site. While you are simply browsing HEAVENLY69 it is not loaded, and Google is not contacted. Where it does run, Google receives your IP address, information about your device and browser, and signals about how you interacted with the page, and Google may set its own cookies on your device at that point. Google returns a risk score to us, and we use it for nothing except this security check. We rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and UK GDPR in keeping the Platform, your Membership, and our payment flows secure, and you may object as described in § 10. Google LLC is located in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the safeguards described in § 7 apply to this transfer. Where a check fails, we keep the security record of that failure, including the IP address it came from and, if you were signed in, your account, for thirty days, and then delete it. We deploy it as a security measure, and we will update this Policy and the privacy notice if its classification in consent regions changes. Google’s handling of that data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

6.4 Service providers

We use a small number of specialist service providers for hosting and infrastructure, and AI generation of the Goddess personas’ replies (xAI, our subprocessor for that single purpose). Each acts under contract, processes data only on our instructions and only for the service it provides to us, and is prohibited from using your data for its own purposes. xAI receives Goddess conversation content on the terms described in § 3.4. No training on your messages, processing only to generate the reply and run automated safety and abuse checks, and temporary retention of up to thirty days for abuse prevention before deletion. xAI may create deidentified, aggregated data that does not identify you, as its terms permit. It does not use your messages to train AI models. We do not use your conversations or onboarding answers to train or fine tune AI models.

6.5 Legal disclosures

We will disclose personal data where a law we are subject to requires it, in response to valid legal process, to protect the safety of any person (including reports concerning child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities), or to establish or defend legal claims. We may also report violations to, and share the minimum necessary information with, the third party services that power the Platform, including our payment processor and our AI provider, where their terms or the law require it. Beyond that, we do not volunteer Member data to anyone.

6.6 Business transfers

If H69 is ever part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may transfer to the successor, which must honor this Policy. Discord derived data will not be transferred without Discord’s consent, as its Developer Policy requires.

§ 7. International Transfers

H69 serves Members worldwide, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in, including outside the EU, UK, and EEA. Where data protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards. An adequacy decision where one exists, recognized frameworks such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a recipient is certified under it, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses with our service providers, supplemented for transfers subject to the UK GDPR by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to those clauses. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer.

§ 8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.

Account and Membership data, for the life of your account, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after closure, except where retention is legally required.
Transaction and order records, retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial record keeping laws, even after account closure.
Onboarding preference answers and Discord derived data, for the life of your participation, deleted when your access ends or on your request.
Age confirmation records, as long as needed to evidence compliance with age restriction laws.
Server and security logs, short lived and routinely rotated.
Fraud and abuse signals, including IP derived data, kept for as long as needed to protect the Platform and the Program, then deleted.
Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe, then removed from the mailing list, keeping only a suppression record so we do not email you again.

Ahead of these schedules, deletion is yours to initiate at any time. Section 10 explains how, and a single email is enough to start it. We act on such requests when you make them, so making them is in your hands.

§ 9. Security

We protect personal data with industry standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, credentials stored in protected, nonreadable form, access controls, hardened infrastructure, and automated monitoring. No online service can promise absolute security, and we do not. What we promise is a serious, layered security posture and prompt action if an incident ever occurs. If a personal data breach occurs, then where the GDPR or UK GDPR requires it, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform affected Members without undue delay, telling you what happened, what data was involved, and what we are doing about it. Security at your end is yours. You are solely responsible for the devices and networks you use to reach the Platform, for keeping your account credentials confidential, unique to H69, and out of anyone else’s hands, and for activity that occurs through your account before you tell us it may be compromised. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us promptly at support@heavenly69.com so we can help secure it.

§ 10. Your Rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, or in another jurisdiction with a similar law (including Brazil, where the LGPD provides comparable rights), you have the following rights over your personal data.

Access, a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure, deletion of your data, including your onboarding answers and Discord derived data. Where a law requires us to keep something (for example transaction records), we will tell you what must remain and why.
Portability, the data you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, machine readable format.
Restriction, limiting how we use your data while a dispute or verification is resolved.
Objection, objecting to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdrawal of consent, at any time, for anything based on consent, with future effect.

To exercise any right, write to legal@heavenly69.com. These rights are exercised at your initiative. We act on them when you ask, so the first step belongs to you. We will verify that the request genuinely comes from you (protecting your privacy sometimes requires us to be demanding about this) and respond within the time the law allows, normally one month. Answering our verification questions helps us act quickly and safely, and exercising your rights is free.

If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the EU, the data protection authority of your country of residence. In the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern directly first.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have comparable rights under that law (in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), including the rights to know, correct, and delete your personal information, and the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. The data described in § 3.3 is sensitive personal information under those laws, and HEAVENLY69 holds it to the strictest standard those laws contemplate. Where your state’s law requires consent before sensitive data is processed (as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act do), we collect that consent affirmatively and record it, as § 3.3 describes. Where your state’s law instead gives you a right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (as the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, does), we offer that right and honor it. In practice the limit is already our default, because the data is used only to deliver the experience you request, never sold, never shared, and never used to infer characteristics about you for any other purpose. You can exercise these rights, including the right to limit, through the same channel above, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

§ 11. Strictly 18+ & No Data From Minors

HEAVENLY69 is restricted to adults 18 or older, everywhere, without exception. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18, and the age gate exists to keep minors out entirely. If we learn that data belonging to a person under 18 has entered our systems, we will delete it and terminate the associated access immediately. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, tell us at once at legal@heavenly69.com.

§ 12. What We Never Do With Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we never will while this Policy stands. We do not run third party advertising networks or ad tracking pixels. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not process personal data for cross context behavioral advertising. Because we do not do these things, there is nothing for you to opt out of. The posture is the protection.

§ 13. Your Responsibilities and Representations

Privacy on H69 is a partnership, and part of it is yours to hold. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant the following. You are at least 18 years old. The information you provide to us is truthful, accurate, current, and yours to give. The funds you use to pay are lawfully your own, as the AML and Crypto Compliance Policy elaborates, and accessing adult content and holding an adult Membership are lawful for you where you are.

You are solely responsible for the following. Your own eligibility under the laws of the place where you live, including age and adult content laws. The security of your own devices, networks, and account credentials, as § 9 describes. Keeping the email address on your account current so that we can reach you and verify your requests, and initiating the requests, choices, and withdrawals that § 5, § 8, and § 10 place in your hands. The indemnity in the Terms of Service covers a breach of the representations in this section.

One thing this section does not do. It does not touch your rights. Nothing in this Policy waives, limits, or conditions the rights described in § 10, and nothing in this Policy waives any mandatory data protection or consumer protection right you hold under the law of your home jurisdiction. If anything here could be read to narrow those rights, the rights prevail.

§ 14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Platform or the law evolves. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and reviewing it from time to time is your responsibility. This page is always the place to do it. If a change materially reduces your rights or materially expands what we collect, we will give Members reasonable advance notice through the Platform or by email before it takes effect. If a change materially alters any dispute resolution or liability term, silence is not enough. That change will apply to you only after you affirmatively reaccept it, recorded as a distinct click or equivalent affirmative act. All other changes apply prospectively, and continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of them. Our records include the version and the timestamp of the terms you accepted.

For privacy matters, including data deletion requests, data rights requests, and requests concerning Discord derived data, write to legal@heavenly69.com. For billing, payment, or account questions, support@heavenly69.com is the faster route. Both addresses reach us. Our approach to EU and UK representatives under Article 27 is described in § 1, and this Policy will be updated as HEAVENLY69 formalizes its operating entity.
