Content Removal and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement
Effective date, July 27, 2026
This page explains where HEAVENLY69’s Content comes from, states the Platform’s position under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and gives anyone, Member or not, a clear path to request removal of content they believe depicts them without consent, depicts a minor, or otherwise violates the law or our rules.
§ 1. How H69 Content Is Made.
HEAVENLY69 (“H69”, “we”, “us”, or the “Platform”) offers Content of two kinds.
- Persona content. The Goddess experience, including every conversational reply from PRAXIS, NIIRVA, MINETTA, VIKKI, VELVARESSA, BIANCA, and, when she arrives, LUNA, is text generated by artificial intelligence. It is produced without the participation of any human performer. The Goddesses are original fictional characters. They are not intentionally modeled on any real person, and any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental.
- Curated media. Imagery, audio, and video on the Platform depict the Platform’s original fictional characters. That material is AI generated and refined through HEAVENLY69’s own human editing, curation, selection, and arrangement. No real human performer appears in the Platform’s sexually explicit Content. The Platform’s characters are not intentionally modeled on any real person, and any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental. If any Platform Content is shown, upon notice through § 5, to depict a real, identifiable person, HEAVENLY69 promptly removes it.
For the fuller statement of what the Content is and is not, see the 18+ and Content Disclaimer.
§ 2. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.
HEAVENLY69’s sexually explicit Content consists solely of original fictional characters that are AI generated and refined through HEAVENLY69’s own human editing and curation. HEAVENLY69 uses no real human performers in its sexually explicit Content. Because that Content contains no visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are not triggered by it, and no Custodian of Records is required.
Should HEAVENLY69 ever host sexually explicit Content depicting a real human performer, it will first put in place the age verification and identity verification records and the Custodian of Records notice required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and will update this Statement accordingly. It hosts no such Content today.
§ 3. Zero Tolerance, Minors.
The Platform absolutely prohibits any sexualized depiction of a minor, in any form. Real, simulated, drawn, animated, AI generated, synthetic, or implied, including depictions presenting an adult as a minor. There are no exceptions. If we find such material, or any attempt to solicit or create it, we will immediately remove it, preserve the evidence, terminate the responsible account without refund, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. If you encounter anything on the Platform that you believe involves a minor, report it at once through § 5. Reports of this kind are our highest priority.
§ 4. Zero Tolerance, Deepfakes and Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery.
HEAVENLY69 does not create, host, or permit deepfakes. Its characters are original fictional creations. They are not intentionally modeled on any real person, and any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental. HEAVENLY69 prohibits and removes any deepfake or nonconsensual depiction of a real person, and promptly removes any depiction shown, upon notice through § 5, to be of a real, identifiable person.
The Platform prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery (“NCII”) of any real, identifiable person, whether authentic or synthetic. This includes AI generated or manipulated depictions, sometimes called deepfakes or digital forgeries, of identifiable real people, which United States federal law (the TAKE IT DOWN Act) addresses directly. Consistent with that law.
- We will remove reported NCII within 48 hours of receiving a complete and valid request under § 5.
- We will make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies and reuploads of the same material.
- You do not need to own a copyright, hire a lawyer, or prove anything beyond your identity and the nonconsensual nature of the depiction. A request from the depicted person, or someone authorized to act for them, is enough.
§ 5. Requesting Removal, Who and How.
Anyone may request removal of content on the Platform. You do not need to be a Member. Appropriate grounds include, without limitation.
- The content depicts you, or a person you are authorized to represent, without consent.
- The content is intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person shared without that person’s consent, including synthetic or AI generated depictions.
- The content involves, or appears to involve, a minor in any form.
- The content otherwise violates the law, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy.
Send your request to legal@heavenly69.com and include.
- The location of the content. A URL on heavenly69.com or a direct link to the specific community message or post. If the content has already been removed or has expired by the time you report it, describe what you saw, where you saw it, and approximately when. We will still investigate the responsible account and act on what we find.
- A description of the content and the reason you believe it should be removed.
- Your relationship to the request. The depicted person, an authorized representative, a parent or guardian, or a third party reporter.
- For NCII requests, the four items federal law (the TAKE IT DOWN Act) calls for, and nothing more. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name in the request is sufficient). Identification of the intimate depiction and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (the location above satisfies this). A good faith statement that the depiction is nonconsensual, including any relevant context, and contact information so we can reach you about the request.
By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge, that you are who you say you are or are genuinely authorized to act for the person you represent, and that you submit the request in good faith and on your own responsibility. These representations do not add to the items listed above. They describe the honesty every request already assumes.
We keep the burden on requesters deliberately light. We may ask for reasonable, proportionate verification of identity or authority where it is genuinely needed to act correctly, and never more than that.
Illegal content, notice and action. This channel is also the Platform’s notice and action mechanism for illegal content, including notices submitted under the European Union’s Digital Services Act framework. If you believe content on the Platform is illegal, include, in addition to the items above. An explanation of why you consider the content illegal, identifying the law or legal rule you rely on if you can, and your name and email address, except for reports concerning material involving a minor or other sexual abuse material, which you may submit anonymously. We handle such notices diligently, objectively, and without undue delay, and we tell you the outcome at the contact information you provide.
§ 6. How We Handle Removal Requests.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material, immediate removal on discovery or verification, evidence preservation, account termination, and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement, ahead of every other priority.
- NCII, removal within 48 hours of a complete and valid request, per § 4, with reasonable efforts against copies and reuploads.
- All other removal requests, acknowledgement promptly after receipt, and a decision, generally within 7 business days. Where a request requires investigation, we may disable access to the content while we review it.
We will tell you the outcome of your request at the contact information you provide. We do not retaliate against good faith reporters, and Members are never penalized for honest reports made in good faith. Conversely, knowingly false or bad faith removal requests, including attempts to weaponize this process against lawful content or other users, may result in the request being disregarded and, for Members, in enforcement under the Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy. You are solely responsible for the requests you submit and for their truthfulness. For Members, a knowingly false or bad faith request is also a breach of the Terms of Service, including its indemnification provisions, and applicable law may attach its own consequences to false reports.
Statement of reasons. Where we remove or disable access to content, or restrict an account, for illegality or for a violation of our policies, we give the affected user a clear and specific statement of reasons where the law requires it and where we are able to reach them. What was removed or restricted, the ground for the decision, the legal rule or policy provision relied on, whether automated means were used in making the decision, and how to contest the decision through the contact channel on this page. We do not provide a statement of reasons where the law prohibits it or where doing so would interfere with the investigation of suspected child sexual abuse material or another serious crime.
Two related paths are handled on their own pages. Copyright takedowns follow the DMCA and Copyright Policy, and requests to delete your personal data follow the Privacy Policy.
§ 7. Cooperation With Authorities.
H69 cooperates with law enforcement and child protection authorities in connection with unlawful content, including preserving evidence and responding to lawful requests, as described in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The Platform’s privacy first architecture protects lawful adult privacy. It does not shelter abuse, and it will never be used to.
§ 8. Related Policies.
This page works together with the 18+ and Content Disclaimer, the Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy, the DMCA and Copyright Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If this page and the Terms of Service conflict on a rule of conduct, the stricter conduct rule applies. On any other conflict the Terms of Service control.
