Acceptable Use and Community Conduct Policy

HEAVENLY69 is a private, consent first world for adults. This policy states the rules of behavior that keep it that way, and what happens when they are broken. It is a binding part of the Terms of Service.

§ 1. Purpose and Scope

This policy applies to everything you do on or through the Services. The website, the Member areas, the private Discord community, conversation with the Goddesses, the affiliate program, and any other feature we provide. It applies to every Member and every visitor. Where this policy and any other page overlap, the stricter conduct rule applies. On any other conflict the Terms of Service control.

By accessing or using the Services you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this policy, and you accept sole responsibility for your own conduct and for its compliance with every law that applies to you. Your acceptance of the Terms of Service, given by checkbox at checkout and recorded, includes this policy.

§ 2. Absolute Prohibitions

The following are zero tolerance rules. Violating any of them results in immediate termination without refund, removal of the material, and, where the law requires or permits, a report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where applicable. There are no warnings for this section.

No sexualization of minors, in any form, ever. This prohibition is absolute and covers real imagery, drawn or animated depictions, AI generated or synthetic material, text, and requests or prompts intended to produce any of it. It also covers any sexual presentation of adults portrayed as minors.
No child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and no attempt to solicit, share, link to, or describe it.
No nonconsensual intimate imagery. Publishing or threatening to publish intimate imagery of a real person without that person’s consent is prohibited, including AI generated “digital forgeries” and deepfakes of identifiable real people, conduct addressed by the United States TAKE IT DOWN Act. HEAVENLY69 removes such material, terminates the account responsible, and cooperates with authorities.
No depiction of any real, identifiable person without consent, sexual or otherwise, and no use of the Services to create one.
No content or conduct involving nonconsent as reality. All Content on this Platform involves consenting adults, and all Member conduct must too.
No bestiality and no necrophilia, in any form, ever. Depictions of sexual activity involving animals or deceased persons are prohibited absolutely, in any form, whether real, drawn, or synthetic, along with any attempt to solicit, share, link to, or request them.
No gore and no extreme graphic violence, in any form, ever. Depictions of mutilation, dismemberment, torture presented as graphic violence, or killing, whether real, drawn, written, or synthetic, are prohibited absolutely, along with any attempt to solicit, share, link to, or produce them. This prohibition is not softened by any roleplay, fantasy, or fictional framing.

These prohibitions apply to every surface you control or supply on the Services. Your messages and Submissions, your username, your display name, your profile, and any other field the Platform, including any Goddess, may address you by or display. Setting any such name or field so that it contains prohibited content, or so that it causes the Platform to produce or repeat prohibited content, is itself a violation of this section.

HEAVENLY69 holds itself to the same standard it holds you to. HEAVENLY69 does not create, host, or permit deepfakes. Its characters are original fictional creations, and they are not based on, and do not depict, any real, identifiable person. HEAVENLY69 prohibits and removes any deepfake or nonconsensual depiction of a real person.

To report material you believe violates this section, see § 8. Reports under this section are prioritized above everything else we do.

§ 3. Respect and Inclusion

HEAVENLY69 is built unisex from the ground up. All genders, orientations, and identities are first class Members here, and that is an enforced platform rule, not a slogan. Accordingly.

No harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation of any Member or any other person.
No hate speech and no denigration of any person or group based on gender, gender identity, orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any comparable characteristic.
No shaming of any Member for their declared preferences, kinks, or boundaries. Boundaries declared at onboarding are honored by the Platform, and they are to be respected by every Member.
No doxxing. Never publish or threaten to publish another person’s private or identifying information. Discretion is part of this Platform’s architecture, and Members extend it to each other.

§ 4. Conduct in the Discord Community

The community lives on a private Discord server, so Discord’s own terms and community guidelines apply alongside this policy. Within our world.

The Goddesses are AI personas

The Goddesses are fictional characters whose replies are AI generated, operating as clearly automated bot accounts. They are entertainment, not people, as stated in the Terms of Service. You choose these interactions freely, and how you interpret them is your responsibility. Enjoy them fully, within the rules below.

Do not abuse the Goddesses

No attempts to manipulate, “jailbreak”, or trick any Goddess into producing content that this policy prohibits, including anything within § 2. An attempt counts as the violation itself, whether or not it succeeds.
No attempts to extract a Goddess’s underlying instructions or to make a Goddess act outside her role.
No weaponizing your identity fields. Do not set your username, display name, profile, or any other field a Goddess may address you by so that a Goddess is made to produce, repeat, or appear to endorse content that this policy prohibits. The attempt is the violation, whether or not it succeeds.
No flooding a Goddess with automated, repetitive, or bulk messages.

Follow the channels and respect the people in them

The community is organized into channels, each with its own pinned rules and its own purpose. Read those rules and follow them. Spend your time in the channels that fit your interests, and leave the others to the Members who want them. Respect every Member’s stated boundaries, do not disrupt conversations you are not part of, and treat everyone in the shared channels with courtesy.

The community is English only, so that every Member can understand one another and so that conduct can be moderated fairly. Keep community conversation in English.
No pirated, copyright infringing, or otherwise unlawfully obtained material may be shared, linked, or requested anywhere in the community. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA and Copyright Policy.
Use only the designated channels for any audio or video shared while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

Honor the age restricted spaces

All erotic content and conversation belongs in the community’s 18+ age restricted spaces, where we place it, and in direct messages only with adult Members who have confirmed their age and opted in. Do not move, repost, or solicit erotic material into any space not designated for it, on our server or anywhere else on Discord.

Keep intense play in the roleplay channels

Rough or intense erotic play belongs only in the channels designated for roleplay, where every participant understands that it is consensual adult fantasy and nothing more. Do not carry that intensity into the shared channels, and never direct it at a Member who has not opted into it. Consent is the line, and it is not optional. Nothing in the roleplay channels permits any content prohibited by § 2, which is absolute everywhere on the Services.

No impersonation

Do not impersonate any real person, any other Member, any HEAVENLY69 staff, or any Goddess. Do not run accounts, bots, or personas that could be mistaken for part of the Platform.

No spam, no self bots

No spam, advertising, solicitation, or promotion of outside services within the community, except as the Affiliate Program Rules expressly permit for affiliate activity.
No self bots, user bots, automated clients, or scripted interaction with the community or the Goddesses.
No unsolicited bulk messages or unwelcome DMs to other Members.

§ 5. Lawful Use and Lawful Funds

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Services are lawful where you are. Do not use the Services to commit, facilitate, advertise, or conceal any crime, including prostitution, escort services, or human trafficking. HEAVENLY69 is not a marketplace for sexual services and no such offers may be made through it.
You represent and warrant that every payment you make uses cryptocurrency that is lawfully your own, from a wallet you own or lawfully control. No laundering, no illicit source funds, no evading sanctions. See the AML and Crypto Compliance Policy.
Do not use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA and Copyright Policy.

§ 6. Protecting the Platform and Its Members

Do not attack, probe, or undermine the Platform. In plain terms.

No attempts to gain access you have not been granted, to any account, area, system, or data.
No probing, scanning, disrupting, overloading, or interfering with the Services or the community.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping of the Services, and no automated harvesting of Content or Member information.
No circumventing the age gate, access controls, Membership tiers, or any content protection.
No sharing accounts and no reselling access, and no redistribution of Content, as stated in the Terms of Service license.
No introducing malware or any harmful code, and no phishing or social engineering of Members or staff.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, do not exploit it or disclose it publicly. Report it to us at legal@heavenly69.com and we will take it seriously.

§ 7. Enforcement

We enforce this policy with judgment proportionate to the conduct.

Warning. Minor or first time issues may draw a warning and, where relevant, removal of the offending material.
Suspension. Repeated or more serious violations may suspend your access, in whole or in part, for a period we determine.
Termination. Serious violations, repeated violations after warning, and every violation of § 2 end your Membership immediately and permanently.

Suspension or termination for violating this policy forfeits the remainder of any paid period. No refund is given, consistent with the Refund Policy. We may remove content, restrict features, and withhold affiliate standing as part of enforcement, and we may act without prior notice where the conduct warrants it. Where the law requires or permits, we cooperate with law enforcement, including preserving and disclosing information as lawfully required. We may also report violations to, and share the minimum necessary information with, the third party services that power the Platform, including our payment processor and our AI provider, where their terms or the law require it. As stated in the Terms of Service, we do not endorse and are not responsible for Member Submissions or Member to Member conduct, and moderating the community at our discretion does not assume a duty to do so. You acknowledge and agree that conduct violating this policy is your responsibility alone, and that it falls within the indemnification you give in § 17 of the Terms of Service.

Enforcement decisions are ours to make. If you believe we acted on a mistake of fact, you may write to us once, calmly, with the facts, at the address in § 8, and we will review in good faith.

§ 8. Reporting

If you encounter conduct or content that violates this policy, report it to legal@heavenly69.com. Include what you saw, where, and when. Reports involving § 2 are handled with the highest priority. You may also use the removal process on the Content Removal and 2257 Statement page for content concerns. We do not retaliate against good faith reports, and we ask that reports be made in good faith. Knowingly false reports are themselves a violation of this policy.
